The house is fully airconditioned downstairs and has been refitted with new furniture and beds this year october All linen and towels are provided.
A laptop is available for guest use. Free WiFi is in all areas. Free Printer is also available. Beach towels and bathroom towels are provided. Bottled water tea and coffee all provided free. Location is superb! The double bedroom has its own private terrace, the room and terrace is located on the top floor and with the bathroom located the floor below, the room is newly refurbished with large wardrobe.
The house is of 4 storeys with a large kitchen and large chill out lounge. The Terrace is private and enclosed ideal for breakfast, dining and chilling out sun downer drinks or just lounging in the sun or BBQ if like. The Yumbo centre is only a 5 min walk away which is the biggest plaza with bars, restaurants, clubs and shops. Being only a short walk away the house is peaceful to relax and sleep without noise. The bus stop is directly outside the house handy for the airport or visiting other towns, The front of the house is hidden from the road with big palm trees which gives a real tropical feel.
Gym lovers we have the biggest gym just next door as well as a late night supermarket. But only 5 mins walk you have a 24 hour station for late night snacks and drinks. Playa del Inglés is a well known and loved tourist destination and people come mainly for the Yumbo Centre often called the gay capital of Europe - but nowadays is more family friendly , the dunes of Maspalomas, the beaches and the all year round great weather. The area has many great restaurants from many countries, but sadly, not so many traditional Spanish ones.
