Highly recommended place. Great location, very close to Sevilla's Stadium which is why I was there, and not too far from the City Centre either. Great place with ideal location to the main train station. Clean and friendly environment, supermarket close by and some tapas restaurants. Rosa made us feel at home with her lovely, attentive and pleasing manner. We really enjoyed staying at her place. Rosa gave us great recommendations and it was the perfect location to get to know Sevilla by foot. The room with private bathroom offers everything you need and we had a wonderful sleep. I enjoyed my stay here.
I was greeted by Julio, who helped to carry my luggage up the one flight of stairs the apartment is on the first floor. Clean, very near the bus station which was super helpful to me and the main landmarks were all within walking distance. Would stay here again! Julio Maria's son was a great host, reachable when I needed him, helpful and nice at all times. The apartment was in a great location, central and close to everything, I could walk anywhere.
It included everything I needed and more, it was clean and very cozy :. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Very nice host. Julio was always ready to help. He was even there to provide us an early check-in as our bus arrived around 6 am already and even a later check-out as the next guests arrived later in the evening. Communication went very smoothly.

GAILY TOUR in SEVILLE - Gay & Lesbian Tour
Older suite not far but not close to tourist areas, located on the 1st floor so at times noisy due to pedestrian and traffic. Host was very responsive and had excellent communication and personally attended the check-in.

Would just recommend some TLC to upgrade unit. The apartment is charming and comfy. The location is also very good and the central bus station is close!

Very recommendable! Lovely stay! Apartment is very clean, cute and comfortable. You have the entire apartment to yourself, complete with full kitchen and bathroom.

The host was very nice and helpful. The location is great too - the apartment is located on a small street, yet only a 5 minute walk to plaça de armas. This place was incredible! Check in was easy and helpful, they even helped us book a flamenco show that was great! Everything was clean, they even come make your beds everyday! Oh and the rooftop deck is an amazing way to end the day! Would definitely stay here again! Great place to stay, very central location with helpful hosts. Would highly recommend - though it was excellent value for money. The apartment was a pure perfection. Cafes downstairs, literally on doorsteps, offered great tapas and vino.
Close to all attractions. Hosts are amazing. We would come back and stay longer. Very nice appartment in a superb location. Although very central and at a lively street, it was not too loud. The roof terrace was perfect for a late glass of wine. We liked our stay very much and can recommend the flat!
Beautiful property with access to 3 floors and a terrace. Close to everything. We loved Sevilla! If we ever find ourselves there again we will definitely book this apartment. Great place to stay to explore Seville. Lots of restaurants and shops.
Triplex was perfect for two couples traveling together. Lots of privacy. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to enjoy the bottle of wine graciously provided.

Thank you! Would highly recommend staying here. The location is absolutely perfect. It felt like a dream waking up in the center of such an alive neighborhood.
Caution there are a lot of stairs here but they are worth it. Amazing rooftop in the center of all the action. We fell completely in love with Seville and would absolutely stay with Boutike again. Private entrance and two terraces. The views from the upper terrace is breathtaking. We got a bottle of vine and cheese during check-in. Just keep in mind that the streets there are extremely narrow, if you are planning to drive.
The appartment was great, clean and well equiped ,the view from the Terrace is beautiful and the emplacement perfect, just next to the giralda and alcazar. We had a great stay! This was a really good spot. The house is two minutes walking to the cathedral, lots of space, good matress, use of kitchen. Juan was a really good host, welcoming but then lets you get on with it.

I would definitely stay here again. Juan Antonio is friendly and cool, it s very pleasant to live in his house. We shared our 31 of december together with his friends, discussing and drinking. His house is very nice, very charming, very well located in the historic quarter and easy to reach from the airport. As it s an old house, the nights could be cold in winter and you could hear noises from the street. Juan's house is great! Very comfortable bedroom in an Arabic building. Juan is friendly and helpful. It's worthy being in Juan's house and get to know Sevilla from a tipic place.
