Cita Cafe Wein ice cream. Your on holiday this is the time to indulge. The Cita Commercial centre is a very popular stop off place for gays returning from the Sand Dunes and the vast majority of them go to the Wein cafe on the upper level. The easyest way to find it is to go into the Cita centre via the middle entrance in Avenida de Francia which is opposite the gay bungalow complex, Los Almendros.
At the far centre end of the square go up the stairs to the first floor, turn right, then left. Cafe Wein is at the end. In the winter Gay high season arrive a little too late and you will have to queue to get in, but on the gay side this is not the case in the low season, especially around May and June when the gay venues are virtually dead. Many close around this time of the year for holidays or even for a longer period.
Playa del Inglés: A Clubbing Bonanza
The high season is in winter and the mid season is at UK annual holiday period around July to September. Cafe Wien Upper In the winter season a very popular stop of for an ice cold drink and an Austrian patisserie drink on your return from the dunes. The Gay bars are all in the Undergound level. The quiet underground passage ways are dingy, seedy and very run down, especialy outside empty units.
This makes the area more than a little scary. The Cockring Bar is a friendly german bar staff Leather Bar with a gay chill out club atmosphere.
