Great location, especially for using the Metro to get around. Exactly as advertised and a great size apartment for a couple. Communication with Joseba was good - he replied very quickly to any queries and we were allowed an early check in. The apartment was exactly as the photos and was adequate for our needs. We would have appreciated a jug to boil water and a tea towel to dry any dishes.
It was good having a washing machine but the seal inside was dirty so we had to clean it before using it.
It would also have been good to have two pillows not just one long one. However the mattress was firm and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. The metro and supermarket were a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is located a few bus stops from the city centre or within walking distance. Great location near the 'casco viejo' of Bilbao. Vanessa is a perfect host, her flat is very near the touristics monuments such as Ribera market, and she was very reactive to our questions. I really recommend! Best deal for Bilbao. The apartment is located in the city center and it is easy to visit it only by foot. Vanessa was always available to answer our questions.
Very nice place to stay in the center of Bilbao. A big thanks to Maria Venessa's Co who was always available for questions and advice! We overall enjoyed staying at Vanessa's place; it was very close to the casco viejo part of Bilbao and the host allowed us to drop off luggage before checking-in.
Just be aware that there are numerous flights of stairs to get to get to the apartment which would be difficult if you are carrying a lot of baggage. Perfect for a short stay to explore Bilbao!
Located near the old town. Close to a market with lots of tasty food. Always ready to help and tell you something about the city, if it is your first visit. Has 2 cute dogs, which are also very friendly! Thankfully the co-host Maria came as soon as she could the next morning to sort it out! A tutorial or heads up would have been appreciated though. The water pressure was also rather finicky, but still bearable.

Amidst all these issues, Maria was a gem who was infinitely patient and helped us as much as she could. She also sat down with us and recommended places for us to go, which we really appreciated :. This place is very special. We enjoyed the original décoration, it is like a game to find every detail in every room. Our host was very helpful and thoughtful of our comfort.
We were travelling with children and teenagers, the place was perfect, as well as the location, in the old part of town. We defintely recommend. Very beautiful and original furniture.

It was a very pleasant stay! Great unique place in an excellent location - very central and lovely little area! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Asuncion was very relaxed, the late arrival time was no problem at all! The flat is located in the old city center, it's really beautiful and counts with everything you need - as long as you don't want to cook too much, because the kitchen-corner is quite small. For us it was fine! An artistic apartment in the style of "shabby chic" with the emphasis unfortunately being on "shabby".
Its located in a very good area close to bars and sight seeing. The place is very big,really stylish and comfortable. An amazing stay in Bilbao with my friends for the local music festival. We could not of asked more from our host. The apartment Is wonderfully placed in the city no bad words to speak of only apologies if we were a bit load! And had everything you could need for a short stay in Bilbao. The apartment was in a residential area on a quiet street and around a ten minute walk to the old town.
