I paid quite a lot of money for a 2 hour session including a 60 min massage : and we have been kicked out of the spa before our 2h were completed. One of the manager explained that their staff didn't explain to us clearly that we could have stayed longer since we had a special wristband, but by the time they explained we were already showered and dressed up. Also, the hygiene is a disaster. The locker room and showers were a steam room, with dirty water on the floor.
The staff never offered us towels to dry ourselves, especially when we got to the roof just recalling that it was in december! Worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to go there. This was a mistake as I could tell staff were rushing to finished up and close for the night. Once my massage etc was finished there were no staff in sight and no tea or water afterwards which is supposed to be available. From the moment I walked in I was confused about where to go and what to do.
There are no signs in English and it's quite dark, as I didn't want to miss any of the baths I walked around aimlessly quite a bit and had to ask many times where to go.
There were no staff available to direct me to the change rooms or explain the shoes to be worn and where to get towels. I asked other customers who seemed as confused as I did. The massage was one of the worst I have experienced. Little privacy, no pressure and no offer of level of pressure.

The oil was thrown onto me making me jump every time as it was a cooler temperature. Even the bed was poor as it had a piece of wood across the hole where your face is supposed to sit comfortably. I felt part of a production line and it wasn't enjoyable. Also the massage occurred before the bath which was different from previous experiences as I had just walked out of the change room. Previously I have had two hammams in Granada and it is a far better experience and value for money! This is expensive and I was disappointed afterwards. The only good points are that the venue is clean and booking staff spoke english.
