I appreciated this a lot. The room and bath room were clean. She was very nice and helpfull to me. I even received a croissant to eat :- There were two small dogs in the appartment but they didn't bother. A perfectly situated apartment near the old town of Benidorm. Clean, spacious and comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again. Brilliant location. Juan was very helpful and responsive to messages.

We found a free parking space across the street and walked everywhere after that. Great for a family or two couples. The apartment is great ,sparkling clean ,has everything you need. Located in the centre of the city. And very close to the beach. Definitely recommended!
Seamless communication, great hospitality. Excellent value for money. Jenny and her Husband were very friendly and offered help wherever they could! Jenny and Jorge are wonderful hosts! They treated me as a member of their family and the facilities of the whole house are impecable. If you need a place to stay, this is the best one you can choose! Personas extremadamente amables y precisas! MariCarmen is the best host ever, we had so nice time spending time with her and the other guests.
We got good tips what to do in Benidorm and it was easy to go to the activities as the apartment was within a walking distance from the beaches and shops aswell the bus stop for terra mitica, altea etc buses was next to the apartment. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen every day. It was easy as Consum grocery store with wide selection of products was downstairs. Thank you MariCarmen, we hope to visit you again! Didn't meet Manuel personally but Maricarmen was really welcoming and nice.
The apartment was quite close to the beach and right next to a supermarket. The room was good for a few nights stay and the bathroom really neat. Our stay at Manuels apartment was really pleasant and joyful. The accommodation was clean and bright. When we arrived there Manuels mum was also there. She was helpful and friendly and even helped us while we were coooking.
Manuel as well was really hospitable. All in all it we had awesome 8 days in Benidorm.

Great location and very friendly people, room was rather hot even during the night, can't complain though! Staying in this apartment in Benidorm was great, with a nice a clean room with a private key, and a lovely bathroom.
The host, Maricarmen was warm and welcoming, and made us feel like we could relax. Even though the room did not have airconditioning, and quite a lot of noise from the street below with the window open, it wasn't a major issue when using earplugs. The sounds were however a natural side effect of the immediate proximity to everything in the city centre, as this apartment was very centrally located, and made it easy to get around to anything.
Our stay was comfortable and effortless, and if you consider living here, please make sure to visit the nearby restaurant Venexia, which was recommended to us by Maricarmen. It is truly a hidden curlinary pearl. Manual and his mum were great hosts and very friendly. He responded directly and also check-in was very smooth. Manuel's apartment was very clean. His family was very welcoming, and we enjoyed talking to them.
