They were friendly and courteous and super chill. Would definitely come back! Our stay was very comfertable. Ibiza is a great city but it was even better with alessios hospitality. Alessio is the man!

Probably the nicest guy on the island with all the nightlife connections. His place was clean and overlooking the beach. Overall, great location, great value. Highly recommend for some lads on tour! Alessios place is great! Right by the beach and about a mile to castle Ibiza. Ale was a great host; he gave us great recommendations on what to do in the area. He was quick to respond to any of our needs. Thanks, Ale!

Alessio was an incredible host! He helped us get a taxi when we were stranded on a remote part of the island.
He is very friendly and gave us many tips on where to go. The room is basic and includes everything you need. He also had some goodies for us to eat. We had a wonderful stay with a great host! The appartement has a great view to the sea and is located close to the beach! The host was very friendly and helpful! We had an awesome time and would come back to this place again!
We can really recommend it! Booked a room based on photos. Room shown had ocean view. Room provided was on first floor. View of street and back of hotel and street. Worse, right by kitchen door - TONS of noise in the morning. Don't get me started on smell.. WiFi in room failed.. Had to go to hallway to use. Water was leaking from wall. Don't know why or from where. Room booked for 3 of us, but supplies towels, kitchen utensils, etc only provided for After speaking with 2 different managers, and 5 hours of waiting, we were booked in a room which matched photos.
Nice, but a Same issues on supplies and missing amenities as first room. Not even a breakfast coupon. Not feeling real happy. Elevator mostly failed. Many times it would never move - even after 10 minutes of waiting. Carrying luggage for 3 up 10 flights of stairs to 5th floor new room sucked.
No help or bell service offered or visible.

Service was worst I've ever received at a hotel. Aside from items mentioned already. We called 4 times for missing amenities, blankets, towels, etc. Each time front desk promised someone would deliver within 30 minutes. TVs are a joke.

Channel guide printed out. But only a few channels actually received.
Beds are extremely hard. Pillows long, thin, and impossible to get into any sort of comfortable position. To think I actually paid more than other options in the area is salt in the wound. I would have gladly paid much more to stay somewhere else. Loved the location and easy access to everything we had wanted to visit and see during our stay in Barcelona.
IBIZA FIESTAS CALENDAR
Alex's place was extremely comfortable for our visit and loved that we had the ability to walk across the street to pick up items at the market for our stay. And, with the Metro station nearby, we were able to get around very easily. Thank you for being a great host!! The room is cozy, very clean and comfortable. Host was communicative and nice : This is the perfect place to stay in Ibiza.

Very close to a lot of shops and the Eivissa port. Marcos is very laidback and flexible. Will come back!

Thanks Marcos! Great place, clean and tidy and very comfortable. Would recommend and has great proximity to local shops and food places. Not in the party area, so nice and quiet. Very close to restaurants, main part of town, and other amenities. There is a beach about a 20 min walk away. The room was as expected, and there was 1. Very clean. Marcos left both bath towels and a beach towel for each guest - much appreciate.
