Please dont work for this company. This company is badly run from the top down starting with the out of touch, down right rude bosses, they made it very clear they dont care about their employees. I'm sure they valued toilet paper above employees and serving quality items. Food is often a week old, equipment almost never gets fixed when it needs to, and thereo sanitation standards. There is no sanitation solution, timers, a working dishwasher, proper electrical sockets and the employees do not wear anti slip shoes.
Pésimo ambiente laboral. Cómo empleado y como cliente no consumiría su café, pues la higiene es nefasta, la mayoría de mis excompañeros eran negligentes con la limpieza. Ambiente de trabajo cuestionable. No tendria problemas con eso si se tratara de una semana o dos, pero estoy en la empresa desde hace 6 meses y sólo en un mes la plantilla ha estado completa. La falta de apoyo por parte de RH ha sido un chiste. Buen ambiente al inicio, pero te das cuenta que les falta mucho por estructurar adecuadamente.
Aprendes varias cosas de la historia del cafe y la capacitación es relativamente constante.

El departamento de RH no tiene gran desempeño, los gerentes y subgerentes pueden ser algo pesados si no les agradas. This is a horrible company to work for. You get paid dirt to cater to and clean up after people. When something is broken it takes forever for them to fix it, the employee has to be the one who hears all the complaints an gets the attitude from customers. The little amount you get paid is not even worth it. They want you to bend over backwards for them. One of the worst places I worked at hands down.
