Owner is a friendly Swedish man, he is open for activities like dinners and going to the beach. And exepts when, besides all the good things, there are also some things to work on.
He showed us a bit of the area and recommend us some restaurants. The pool is very nice, you can swimm naked: When you take a taxi to nice beach it costs baht to go there and baht to get home. Not praktical located! No good restaurants walking distance nearby, because of the busy road. The total admospher is good in and arround the house.
In the evening everybody quiet and no disturbing things or whatever, they respect sleeping people: Great place to make friends. We arrived not knowing what to expect but turned out to be the best part of our holiday. Ulf and Boy really make us feel welcome.

Love the quiet neighbourhoud. Jair and his partner and their kitty are so friendly! Host is very nice and helpful! But unfortunately the bedroom is dirty as the bathroom, the bed uncomfortable, picture misleading. Not visibly dirty, but at close.

A fantastic experience, Jair was a wonderful host and the house itself is very stylish indeed! Great location and sparkling clean, Jair is a pleasure to stay with. Hair and his partner are very friendly and helpful. It was nice to talk to them. And it was practical to stay at their place because I had to attend an event at the ExCel. Thanks for letting me leave my luggage for several hours at your place the second day. Jair is a wonderful host, and you will definitely enjoy your stay. The room is very clean and the location is just minutes to ExCel.

His cat is super lovely and gentle. Jaír house is 8 min walk from Royal Albert which connects you to city center in about 30 min! Metro communication is pretty fast and easy to go through. Jaír is an awesome person! He helped me a lot and take good care of me and made feel very comfortable!
