It was easy to find, close to everything, the room had everything, breakfast was super flexible and easy, and the view of the cathedral was lovely! Cristina was very helpful and kind, she provided us all the info we need to visit the city, to eat and to relax.
The house is in a central position and the room is confortable. Postive Experience. Thanks a lot. Cristina treated me like family and made her home open to all my needs. An ideal space from the crowds but still so close to town , it was perfect! Cristina is very welcoming and nice. The apartment is located close to the city centre and the view from the room is of the castle.
Everything fits the description and I would recommend it to anyone. Breakfast was included which was simple but really, it was enough. Communication is easy. The only thing to bear in mind if you're planning to stay inside the room in the colder months during the day is that the heating is only on during the night so the room gets a bit cold. But there are plenty of blankets to keep warm! Would come back again! A lovely home away from home - still in the centre but in a local residential area so more 'real Spain'. I'm happy I decided to stay at Maria's place.
The location was great, a short walk past a nice park into the old City and the cathedral. The room was perfect for one person, with a private bathroom just accross the hall. The best part was meeting Maria, a thoughtful and friendly host. I enjoyed talking to her even though my Spainsh is not that good,.
I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Santiago De Compostela.

Even she was a bit grumpy about my Spanish. So am I! For this price the stay was ok. What a great place to stay! The house was very clean, and I had access to a private bathroom that I used alone other guests had their own bathrooms and she provided towels. My room was very cozy and comfortable and even had a little chocolate as a welcome gift, too cute! Maria was a great host, though there was a language barrier she really tried her best to make me feel welcome and at home. This is a nice place, close to the city center. Very easy to walk around. Good space for a solo traveler.
I booked at the last minute and I was very lucky this place was available. María is an excellent hostess who answered all my questions and even accommodated my late arrival due to a flight delay.
When I return to Santiago, I will definitely stay here again. Small but smartly designed and comfortable self-contained apartment in a fantastic location.

Eric's apartment was perfect for our stay, everything we needed And a super market close by a good location for seeing the Cathederal etc. Unfortunately for us we didn't get to wander round too much as it rained the whole time we were there, but we were cosy in the apartment would stay again. The apartment is incredible cozy. Eric is an amazing host.
The apartment is small but is perfect for 2. The location is perfect, near to the cathedral. The price was fair. Eric even let us some gifts when we arrive, some beers, coke, coffee.. Thanks Eric for hosting us!! It was a small space, but efficiently organized and provided all we needed. The location is perfect. We would certainly stay there again.
We stayed three nights at Eriks apartment and it has been as shown in the pictures. It has been very clean and has everything you need, even for preparing a small meal. The communication has been very easy and Erik responded very quickly. The location of the apartment is perfect, directly at the Plaza Roja in the Zona nueva!
Raquel welcomed us warmly and even had cold drinks for us in the fridge. Very nice was having air-conditioning as it has been very warm.

We had a great stay and would come back anytime! Erick's apartment was pretty small for the two of us, each with a large suitcase. It is exactly as described and I am sure that it would be perfect for a single, or a couple with less "stuff" than we had. The location is great! Strong internet signal. Space is quiet with comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Ask for instructions if you plan to use the washing machine. Eric is quick to respond to any email questions, although we didn't actually meet him. Cute cosy place, very clean. Erik has added lots of comfortable touches, toiletries, tea andcoffee, hairdryer, fan etc.
Erik was very good at communicating and met us as soon as we arrived. We liked our stay here and would recommend. Our host was efficient, kind and responsive. Fernando helped me organized a great trip. Clean, calm, comfortable and great location.

Highly recomend it! Excellant cosy flat in very central location. Fernando was very prompt and helpful in all cmmunicarions and was at the flat himself. I felt if there had been. I stayed at the flat at the end of walking a Camino path,. Ir was cosy, generally quiet yet right in the center of the old part of Santiago. I could cook some food on the hob there isn't an oven and do my washing, the bed had a good not soft martress and there is a nice long sofa to be comfy on to so nice to relax after visiting the town.
The street the flat is in has a number of cafes and restaurants, an amazing cheese shop, a fruit and veg shop and the old. You can catch the bus to the airport at the end of.
