Very modern, nicely decorated apartment. Issues with drainage in the shower, which caused water to overflow when more than one person would shower. Communication with host was excellent and was very attentive to shower concerns. Main downfall was lack of air con! Lovely apartment in a great location just a few steps from the pedestrianised town centre. Juan is a great host, and the apartment has a homely and modern feel and is well stocked with useful items.
We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and the good location. The communication with Juan was great. We can recommend the place to other travelers. Beautiful, clean, has everything you could possibly need.

In the heart of the old town with quick access to the 3 beaches and fantastic selection of Spanish restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our time here! Really loved this great apartment, situated in the old town, perfect for experiencing all that Benidorm has to offer.
Loved the rustic feel of the area, but not too far to get to the new town. Perfect location for a choice of beaches, for eating out and shopping. The apartment had everything we needed, was a home from home. Would definitely stay again. Juan was great at keeping in contact and helping us out for local information. Definitely recommended!

Beautifully laid out property with balconies overlooking the local restaurants and streetlife. Very quiet in the evenings and just a short stroll to the busier areas of Benidorm. Elen herself was extremely welcoming and professional at all times - a fantastic host. Perfect apartment. I can recommend to everyone. English service too. Clean and nice.

Location really good - just 3min wal to the beach. Excellent location and very clean. Plenty of towels, soaps and shampoo were nice extras.

Old town and beaches were minutes away but stil quiet at night. Beautiful, everything is new, super clean and in great location This is the place you need to stay Highly recommended!!! Amazing area close to old town. Room was brand new we felt more like being in a 4 star hotel than a hostel. Thank you so much! It was sorted after a while but I had walked a long way to get there and just could of done without the added stress to an all ready stress full day. Maria is a lovely woman with great hospitality. So cheap and cheerful, a language barrier but was so easy to communicate. She is just great and so are her 2 dogs! Maria's home is situated on the fringe of the old town and is perfect for access to the shops restaurants and seven minutes walk to levante and poniente beaches.
The apartment is clean and tidy and Maria is the perfect host and will help you with anything you need to know about the locality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly return to stay again. I had a lovely time staying at Ma Jose's accommodation, she couldn't have done to help me enjoy my stay. Just 7 minutes walk from the beach, restaurant and shops. She was helpful when directing me to her place. I arrived late from the UK, after 1am, she waited for me and explained everything to me.
Very clean and tidy place. I will certainly return again. Pity it was such a short visit! Ma Jose is very friendly, she made the effort to try and communicate with us despite speaking little English which was nice.
