Thank you so much Paige Really cute apartment in a great location at a very reasonable price. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Paige and Amanda made our stay very nice. The place is exactly like in the photos and nice central location. The apt was very cozy but the only downside for me was that the bed was uncomfortable. Communication was awesome before and during our trip.
I would definitely recommend this space to friends travelling to Montreal. The apartment is very cute, clean, and in a great location. It definitely has that antique charm.

Close to everything and a genuine old-Montreal experience. My only complaint was not with Paige's place itself but the industrial kitchen fan from the restaurant below, which pulses from 7am to 8pm, and shakes the whole apartment with a low-pitched 1Hz rumble. If you are trying to work from the apartment, which I was, it creates a tense, stressful vibe that makes you want to leave during the day. I hope that Paige and the other people in the building approach the restaurant and address this problem… maybe there is a quieter fan they could buy? That said, I had only one day that I had to be in the apartment all day, and apart from the fan the place was cute and the price was right.
Paige's communication was great and she showed me where everything was. I would stay again if the fan problem was fixed. The apartment was so lovely and just as pictured! Clean, bright and airy. We felt like we were staying in Paris. The location was perfect and close to every amenity. Paige and Amanda were very helpful as were the other people we met in the building.

Solid value and plenty of space. The studio was absolutely perfect for our first time to Montreal! Check-in was so easy, even arriving late at night. The location was walkable even in sub-zero temps! Sophie even came down to help us get the fire started, and she was so friendly and warm! Emmanuel was a great host. We loved staying at the eco studio. Great location, beautifully spacious apartment with great value. The one thing that was a tiny pain point was the AC controls not being in the apartment, but Emmanuel was very attentive to our needs.
This is a great value stay, especially for being in the center of so many restaurants and a very lively community. Definitely go to Kaza Maza next door! This is a nice apartment in a great neighbourhood.

Lots of good food, coffee, shopping, and cocktails nearby. We really appreciated that there was parking included. We did not meet the hosts, but they were readily available via email. Based on the photos and reviews, I really expected to love this place, but I would say it was just okay. Even though our stay was very sunny, the apartment remained somewhat dim in the day.
The shower does not have an enclosure and the drain is in the middle of the bathroom, so the floor was perpetually wet, even though we tried to squeegee it down. I wouldn't discourage anyone from giving this place a try, since many people have loved their stay there. It is a nice space, lots of room for 2 or even 4 - just not quite what I was expecting.
Very nice and cozy place with everything you need. The location is perfect for walking around to see various restaurants and coffee shops. It's very central to several sightseeing and tourist locations and the hosts were very flexible and hospitable as well. Definitely would stay here again if I needed a place to stay! Totally recommended! Gabriel was very quick to respond to all our queries. The location was great. We walked less than ten minutes from the railway station and Old Montreal was just steps away. The space was really attractive, just like the photos. Safe building in a central location. Modern apartment had everything we needed. Gabriel was a very attentive host with quick replies to any questions and good suggestions about places to dine in Montreal.
