The place was ok, it was clean, location is great. When asked for and extra towel he brought stained old towels. There was no dish soap or shower amenities at all, absolutely nothing. The host Thomas was nice at first then we had an issue at checkout with a spare key was missing. They requested screen shot of our entire WhatsApp conversation which I gladly sent them. I believe hosts get penalized for such behavior.
Hi fab apartment in great location a short walk to Ibiza town. Good communication and he brought me more blankets and towels on request. Great flat well located just need a scooter or car to go downtown , amazing building, swimming pool was closed but looks awesome. The room is very big, also the Common space as all house. It is a comfortable solution but you should to know that there are other guests in the House. But if you think you are in Ibiza, you will never have any problems.
Enjoyed staying at Clarks place! It was very spacious, in a great location, and had wonderful views of Ibiza! But the place I stayed in was a great location near the old town. The room and bathroom were clean, and the other people who lived there were very nice. He was so reliable and quick to respond. So comfortable so clean and so fun staying in his apartment. Everything that you need is close including restaurants, clubs, and beach. Clark was so easy to talk to and get in touch with and also very funny! I would recommend his place to everyone traveling to Ibiza!
Also he was very accommodating towards our friend who had their host cancel on them that day, which was such a kind gesture. Thank you Clark and thank you Ibiza. Clark is a super host! The apartment was perfect, clean and with a personal artistic touch. Clark was super helpful and made our stay very easy giving us a lot of suggestions on where to go to have dinner and how to get around.
He is a reliable and helpful person! We could check in on time, and communication with Clark was fast and clear. He is a very great problem solver. Very hospitable and caring. We loved to stay and hope to come back! I highly reccommend his apartment!

The apartment is modern and with a really good decor, also well located. Problem was that in the other room there were people who suddenly decided to invite other randoms and scruffy people to the flat and a massive dog rod wheiler they stayed drinking and chatting until 4am, this is the problem of sharing flat with other people and not having a strict house rules for respect. I wont rent a shared flat in the future lesson learned.
Great place to stay for a few nights in Ibiza. Place is just as described and access was very easy. Apartment is big, very clean and with a nice terrace to relax on. Easy access to city via bus or taxi. Would recommend to stay. Harlem's place was brilliant and Emma was fantastic at communication with us before and during our trip. Superb location with a spar right across the road, sea views from the outdoor terrace and we will defiantly be returning! An apartment at a great location. Beach is literally meters away. Within 15 minutes you walk all the way to Ushuaia. Close to the airport and Ibiza City.

The place is big enough for 6. Great balcony! The apartment is not the same like in the discription. There are a lot of things not ok. There is no whirlpool!! Its a wrong discription. It's s bath pool with bubbles but the bubbles are not work. In 4 days all of us people have 1 big towel and 1 small towel, she don't change this in the whole time. The kitchen is broken on msny points. We have 1 evening no warm water because the gas ampule was empty. The keys from the door were not the right one at first.
We csnt use the window in the eating room to go to terrass because the windowrollo ist broken and they don't make it OK in this time we were there. So we must go 2 days go through the sleeping room and the terrass. It's the badest apartment I have ever seen by airbnb.
Harlem and Emma were great hosts! She was in constant communication via WhatsApp and provided great directions to the apartment. The apartment itself was wonderful. Very clean, walking distance to the beach and to the other attractions, and all the necessary amenities including a great working AC.
I would recommend this to any group staying in Ibiza.
For future reference, you will need to go to the bus stop across the street and take the 36 bus to the airport. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes. The apartment was just as it looked in the pictures. The airport is about a 10 minute taxi ride. Host was helpful and communicated very well with us.

Thank you Clark! I had a great stay. The apartment is very clean, well decorated and I made friends with the roommates. I recommend it! Wonderful place, great location, and unbeatable price. Only thing is the very front door to the building can be a bit tricky to open with the key, so have a bit of patience. There are I think 5 rooms in the apartment.

There are some long term residents who are not so nice or respectful. Also for the first time, I was told to lock my room. Fortunately only beer was stolen. I guess in general you have to beware of hippies or junkies in Ibiza. Room is small and there is a larger living room.

It is located 5min walking distance to city center. I made a reservation in advance, but on the day of arrival, Clark did not send the information and was unresponsive. He left me stranded at pm. Accueil extra, logement impeccable et très bien situé. Parfaitement équipé pour un séjour. Clark est très réactif et prépare tout pour ses hôtes. Je recommande cette adresse.
Lo consiglio, l'appartamento si trova dentro un residence in un ottima posizione. Al''interno una grande piscina privata molto bella! Alessio and his partner were really nice. They were friendly and courteous and super chill. Would definitely come back!
