I'm pretty sure we didn't get there to check in until almost midnight and Perry still came outside to say hi show us around the place and ask if we needed anything. Perry and Kristi's apartment was very comfortable and clean, and the price and location were perfect for my quick overnight trip to Louisville for a job interview. Coming from a rural area I wasn't sure whether to expect more neighborhood noise than I'm used to, but it was quite peaceful.
I would definitely recommend and stay again! What a great place to stay. So much better than a hotel. Perry and Kristi are wonderful hosts that you can tell put a lot of time, effort, and thought into this location. Close to everything yet a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for travel nurses like myself!!! I came to the city for a certification exam and didn't need much.

This AirBnb is perfect for those in town on a mission and don't need a full place to yourself. Extremely affordable and the surrounding area is awesome and packed with different things to do and see. Scotty and Mo were great hosts who have done a great job outfitting a small bed and bathroom with everything you'd need and more. Will definitely look to stay here again if available.
Great room. Very Clean. Easy check-in and messages regarding the stay. If you're in Louisville for a day, weekend, or even longer, you will be glad you booked this room. My girlfriend and I stayed here for thunder. It was a great apartment with a short walk down to the river. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not get to meet her in person due to her work schedule but she was prompt with her communication. Her friendly cat Jack was a great host in her absence. Great location and easy check-in.

We easily walked to the L'ville football game. Our room and bathroom were very clean and we appreciated the nice fluffy towels. I saw some other reviews that the people were unhappy with the neighborhood, like all big cities there are some rough parts, but if you want to be close to U of L and Churchill Downs this location is ideal.

Megan home is clean and at no time did we feel unsafe. We will definitely stay again, if Megan will have us. Perfect place for what I needed: Clean, quiet, comfortable, good location and excellent communication. Would stay again! Megan's house is well located near the University of Louisville and Churchill Downs.
Very quiet, even though near main street. Nice size room with a private bathroom. Very good accommodations for the reasonable price. Exactly as described! Bright exit sign was the only nuisance. Great tips about local sites. This was an awesome place for a couple.

One huge room, decorated with all the coolest furnishings and every amenity you need. In close walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. Kimberly was a great host and very easy to contact. Kimberly's place was awesome and exactly how it was described. It is walking distance to a lot of fun restaurants and shops. This place has everything! Very stylish and unique place with an amazing location! Walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, and shops in Nulu. The chalkboards with recommendations in the house were a great touch, we tried to get to as many as possible and they did not disappoint. Very clean place and Kimberly was very responsive and hospitable, highly recommend!
