We loved marias appartment. Its in the six floor and the view is amazing. The appartment is in the Heart of Barcelona and Public Transfer is just 2mins away. We would come back anytime and we totally recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality! You are responsive and a good person! Good location. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was a big apartment on the 4th floor of a nice building on the busy street.
It has 5 bedrooms for rent, 2 shared washrooms, microwave and fridge in the corridor.
The room has nice view but can be noisy if leave windows open. We came earlier but were allowed lo leave our luggage before checking-in. Our bed was comfortable and internet was working well. This room was delightful. It was just as listed and the little alcove balcony was perfect for both the mornings and evenings. Maria was there to let us drop off our bags a bit early and we had a very pleasant time exploring the neighborhood.
Unfortunately we only had one night, but this flat made getting to all the sights very easy so I don't feel like we missed out. This is a good and safe space to stay and was very affordable. Very conveniently located close to Plaza España for the Aerobus. The room has a beautiful little balcony which we really enjoyed, but don't expect a luxury stay.

There is an opportunity to cook, all utensils are provided in the kitchen. Close to the city center. The house itself is located right at the metro station. All in all I recommend this apartment and I would be come back again. Lovely flat in center, next Joan Miro park. Amazing accommodation. Very clean flat, kitchen and bathroom. Regards flat so combines old vintage wooden floor with traditional ceiling for those who loves Spanish architecture. We stayed at their airbnb for watching a FC Barcelona game and didnt regret it.
Everything was very clean and the communication very easy. It was the perfect location between Camp Nuo and La Rambla. The location of the place is perfect! Right next to Metro, in the center, and close to many things if you stay here, learn Metro map, as it will make it easy to get anywhere. Communication with Julia is outstanding - lightning quick responses and all questions handled.
Cleanliness - the place is cleaned every day very well. No special bells and whistles, just clean place in a great location. This place is exactly as pictured, and is very beautiful. It has a great view and is located in the center. It is only about a 10 minute walk to most tourist attractions and the metro is right outside it is a little bit noisy, but not too bad so it is very convenient.
So happy to find such a confortable and beautiful room, with the metro in front of the building, we will return :. Spacious room with 2 big windows and access to a balcony. The bathroom is quite spacious and clean as well.

The only issue we had was with the wifi, as it wasn't strong enough to support the number of people in the apartment -- we were never able to connect the entire time we were there. I strongly recommend if you are looking for family trip upto four members, central location, near to most of the Barcelona city attractions, want to cook your food, this apartment is value for money. Victor is very responsive gentleman you can highly rely on. We had convenient stay. It is well placed in the center of the city, where you can easly reach the public transportation.

Very clean and wide space. Our stay at Victor place was overall great. The location is just amazing, right in front of the building is a metro and it takes about min to get to the center. The only bad thing about the location is that the room is overloking main street with a lot of traffic, it gets really noisy at night. If you are a really light sleeper, I would not recommend this place. Otherwise everything was ok. The room is very big and clean, so is the shared bathroom.

We had a lovely stay. We loved our stay at Victors place! His sister met us right on the corner of the street and helped us to the apartment taking the time to show us around! She was very sweet!!! The apartment was stylish and a very nice space! There is street noise at night but we loved hearing the sounds of the city- One thing to note- the washer takes several hours to wash a load so you might want to start it before it gets late so that it does not disturb anyone. It was great! Very comfortable and the bathroom was so clean!
Very nice to have the option of a full kitchen as well. Otherwise nice place, cute balcony. Good for short stays. This was a beautiful and comfortable space in a great neighborhood in Barcelona. The booking gave me the wrong address on the right street and the contact for check-in wasn't ideal, but otherwise it was a great place to stay. We had an amazing time. This is a great find!

Gay Cruising
The hosts are very accommodating to your needs such as an earlier than expected check-in. Very clean, great location and quick responses. Highly recommended. The location is good. Clean and cozy. Everything we need was in the room and the entire space. The place has a nice location. The room was very warm during the night but after we got a fan, it was okay to sleep. We never met the host and noone lives in the apartment.
The toilet was not always so clean and there were black hairs on the delivered towels. The apartment is in a great location. It is a few minutes to the nearest metro, but many of the cities prime tourist spots are within a 15 minute walk. The apartment itself is well equipped for self catering. It is pristine and communal areas are cleaned daily. Each room has a separate lock to ensure it is secure and guests feel safe. My room was a great space to come back to after a day of exploring a beautiful city.
