When we asked to change they were very good and within 45 minutes arrived with a new key card and moved us upstairs to the first floor apartment, with 2 balconies, one on the street the other onto the interior. I cannot fault the apartment for facilities. Based on the photos of what we expected, we would have preferred an apartment looking towards the sea but it appeared to be overbooked, although we had pre-booked many months in advance.
A great location for walking along the sea promenade. Los apartamentos del hotel son impecables. Limpieza estupenda, cama muy cómoda, mucho estilo y totalmente nuevos.
Muy recomendables. La ubicación es inmejorable, el apartamento es muy nuevo, esta muy bien equipado, pegado a la playa y tiene un carrefour exprés a 2 minutos.

La terraza con el jacuzzi, tienes unas vistas increíbles. Encantados de alojarnos allí. Hemos pasado 10 días en el apartamento de Pedro, mi pareja nuestra perrita y yo. La atención por parte de Pedro ha sido fabulosa a estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Bien lugar para pasar unos días por la zona.

Pequeño estudio pero muy completo y equipado. Amazing flat. Roda Club is a paradise. Quiet, close to the beach. Have everything: Private underground parking, swimming pool, restaurants club, gym, cable TV, wifi internet. The flat has hight standards. He quedado muy contento. I just love the place! Roda Golf es una urbanización tranquila y segura para veranear con niños. He estado 4 días con mis hijas, y seguro que repetiremos. Un alojamiento inmejorable. La casa esta bien equipada y el trato recibido por Ramiro fue muy bueno.
Lo recomiendo. La descripción de Ramiro se ajusta a la realidad. Es un Resort de Golf con unas zonas comunes estupendas. Un apartamento perfecto, muy cómodo y buen equipado, seguro que repetiremos en verano para disfrutar también de la piscina. Es un apartamento ideal para 4 personas con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, lo que lo hace muy cómodo.
Tiene una terraza amplia y vistas a la piscina. Todo facilidades para recoger y dejar las llaves. La situación también es buena para hacer excursiones por la zona a 20 min. La casa es tal cual sale en las fotos. Es una zona muy tranquila. La comunicación con el dueño es muy fluida.

Nos a gustado mucho. Basically the village consists of two "centres of interest": a northern beach and a southern beach. The north one is a smaller and less crowded. That's where the apartment is located. The beach is only a stone's throw away, as well as several dining opportunities. Tidiness and equipment of the apartment is top notch. However, running too many electric devices simultaneously could be a challenge for the power grid as is everywhere in Spain.
The southern beach is more lively and offers more and better dining opportunities. If you take the car it's probably only 5min away plus parking , but if you don't mind a min walk along the beach, it's fine either way. Its a traditional style house with a spacious terrace which attracts the sun for virtually all of the day. It has a downstairs loo which is handy if you don't want to go upstairs. The whole house is very clean and loads of utensils in the kitchen.

We stayed 3 nights but didn't cook as there are loads of very nice restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. The beach is 5 mins walk away.

The wifi worked brilliantly, will definitely book again when we are next in the area. Johann is very politely host. I felt me very welcome and secure in his apartment. A great place to stay in Los Alcazares. We have visited the area plenty of times and wanted to stay somewhere that is more local and we love the Los Narejos area. This street is lovely and quiet but is easily within reach of all bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. Johan was a pleasure to deal with and checking in and checking out was very easy with no hassles.
