We had really wonderful time and we will miss this place. The house is wonderful , very quit and beautiful place, Michele is good host! He gave a many useful advices.
I recommend to stay! Michele is a really good host. He have very good tips and he is really friendly. His house is just perfect in a real paradise There is an incredible beach and restaurant at just a few minutes at walk. I recommend without hesitation this host. Michele was extremely helpful and was available from the moment we arrived. He also did some shopping for us prior to our arrival so we were able to go straight to the beach. He kept in touch with us with useful ideas for trips etc throughout the week. The house is spacious, comfortable, charming and well designed. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to be self-sufficient otherwise there is a Trattoria 5 mins drive away.
It will easily sleep 4 people. It has a terrace in front together with a table and chairs. There is room to park at least two cars next to it. We went out of season mid-October and found it exceptionally beautiful. Most of the time the only sounds were the wildlife and on rougher days, the sea.

At night there is virtually no light pollution so the stars and Milky Way are clearly seen. The house was cool being sheltered by the side of the valley and woods around it. The justly famous Vignanotica Beach is a ten minute walk away. The various commercial ventures had closed so the whole beach was freely available and provided a fabulous swimming area.
The beach shelves steeply and you only need to go a few metres to be out of your depth. The sea is safe with no currents. As well as the swimming there is a coastal path to Zagare. Michele's accommodation is truly fantastic and he is very polite and helpful with a lot of useful information about the area. The house is very nicely decorated and clean and very quietly located in a beautiful valley, not far from the beach Vignanotica, which in my opinion is the most beautiful in Puglia. If you want to experience a quiet holiday within a amazing landscape with not so much mass tourism, you are right here.
Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Man ist mitten in der Natur und erreicht in wenigen Minuten den traumhaften Vignanotica Strand. Vorteilhaft ist auch, dass man direkt am Haus parken kann. Die Kommunikation mit Michele lief einwandfrei. Zudem hat er uns zahlreiche, hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ist sehr zu empfehlen. This place is just great. The view over Mattinata and the ocean is just awesome! You can cook and have your dinner on the huge terrace or go in to the city centre and the beach by car.
Lucia and Paolo Raffaelas parents who are living there as well are so kind and friendly : Highly recommend it but the beach was packed with people in high season, as everywhere in italy august. Io , mio marito ed i miei 4 figli abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Antonia per 4 giorni i primi di settembre. Il porticato è assolutamente fantastico per pranzo, cena, colazione ed ogni attimo della giornata. Gli spazi all'interno sono ben organizzati e comprensivi di ogni confort essenziale. Non manca assolutamente nulla, doccia interna, esterna, barbeque e aria condizionata.
Pulizia impeccabile sia degli interni che degli spazi esterni. Vista panoramica dal giardino magnifica e spiaggia, quasi privata, raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Immersi nella tranquillità degli ulivi eravamo in una posizione strategica per visitare Mattinata, Manfredonia, Vieste, Peschici e tutte le varie baie e calette. Consigliatissima anche per la reperibilità e velocità di risposta di Maria , proprio una super host. Noi personalmente non vediamo l'ora di tornare. The Terrasse is just amazing and perfect for cosy evenings. Also daily excursions up to the North Vieste are not too far. La casa di Maria si trova in una posizione incantevole, adatta ad una famiglia e a chi vuole stare in un posto silenzioso e immerso nella natura ma a pochi passi dal mare.
I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili Da consigliare!!!!!! Maria e i suoi genitori si sono dimostrati disponibili nella comunicazione e nell'organizzazione. La villa offre una vista mozzafiato ed è fornita di tutto il necessario. E' facilmente raggiungibile ma è obbligatorio disporre di un auto per raggiungerla.

Lino è un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta e a dare consigli su cosa visitare del posto! Le camere sono pulite e fornite di tutto il necessario. Per chi ama la natura e la pace è il posto ideale. La colazione apparecchiata per tutti su un unico tavolone è molto bella, consente di fare conoscenze con persone che vengono da ogni dove, mangiando cose semplici e squisite come crostate appena sfornate e frutta appena raccolta.
