Calm environment, the metro is very close, the apartment is very clean and well equipped. The whole process of hosting is very well organised. Next time I would be happy to stay here again. The location was nice, next to a main street and a Lidl. The metro station is also close, only a few minutes by foot.
Definitely recommend this location! The place is perfect for two although it has just one chair. We found it perfectly clean and well-conditioned: the air conditioning works perfectly. Ramon was clear with indications and we enjoyed very much our stay. Surely recommendable!! The house is small but enough to one person. Very clean and the location is good. I recommend this house. Really clean room. Metro and great shopping mall near apartment. Wlan is really bad at the hotel room but we had a good stay in Usera.

Excellent accommodation, less than 5 minutes from the subway. Quiet and with impeccable cleanliness. Yadira is very helpful and kind. Strongly recommended. Muy recomendable. Great room and incredible kind welcome to Yadira' house. Close to city centre so you can have everithing in a short distance. Love to go back in the future. Its in a nice little area and is pretty well connected to the center of the city by metro. It is a bit cramped for three people.
Our hosts Alberto and Felipe were very gracious and kind and were happy to give us tips about the neighborhood and Spain in general. Thanks to them we were able to visit places we wouldn't have otherwise and our quiet evenings watching television with Felipe were lovely! We're very glad we chose them and since they're located in Madrid's china town, we got to discover a side of the city that not many people get to experience, while still being relatively close to the metro and the central part of town.

Thank you for letting us stay! Alberto and the other tenant, Felipe, are very welcoming and nice guys. Alberto, the host, got me a new towel and bed sheets but the house itself has not heating so it can get really cold, especially at night. As soon as I arrived, they gave me a set of keys and they explained me how to get to the closest market and metro lines: Usera, about 30 minutes to anywhere decent and Almendrales, 10 minutes to Puerta del Sol. There are also night buses from Cibeles. The house is very quiet, as Felipe is studying and the guys travel most of the time, howeve,r the street noise may be a bit loud in the weekends.
Overall, you can feel at home for a reasonable price, meet people and talk about anything, because all of them speak English! Kind hosts, nice area. If you are booking for 3 people, the room is a little cramp because there are 2 beds in one room. Other than that it was a good stay. Come for the laid back location in a cool Chinese neighbourhood, the great value, the comfy room. Stay for the Spanish gentlemen Fellipe and Juan- the most exceptional and colourful men in all of Madrid. The flat is nice and very clean. Communication is efficient and great. But at times there are too many people staying there and the kitchen can be very busy.
Even sometimes two bathrooms aren't enough for all the people staying there. The room is small but the entire place was clean when I stayed and that made me feel comfortable. I recommend. Among the advantages are that the apartment is newly renovated and clean. Ming was fast to respond and the check-in was smooth.
The supermarket is a minute walk away. The disadvantages: the room was really small and dark. When we stayed, another 5 people were living in the apartment permanently, so the place was quite crowded, that's why there was also no space in the fridge. And the matress is very soft. Amplio y limpio. Los vecinos son un poco ruidosos pero eso es ajeno a Ming.
PD nunca vimos a Ming. Transportation is convenient. The room is small for two people, but the balcony is very great. You can enjoy your breakfast in this beautiful balcony. Mar is really helpful and nice.

Thank you, Mar:. Mar was the one of the best air bnb hosts i've had the privilege of staying with. From the outset she was incredibly welcoming and her local knowledge of the city helped us seamlessly settle in and get around Madrid. Mar is a delightful hostess and her apartment is an oasis in a big city. And a great location to walk to the Caja Magica to watch the tennis. Although our bedroom was small we had our own bathroom and access to the kitchen and a balcony which was full of plants and flowers. Just perfect for breakfast each morning.
A great find and great value for money. If we return to Madrid we will be back. Josie and Elaine. Mar's house is incredibly cosy and comfortable.

We've spent a wonderful time there. All areas were very clean. The fact that we could prepare our own breakfast and eat it on the terrace was a huge bonus. The private bathroom was yet another excellent feature we enjoyed. Calm and quiet neighbourhood acted as a great background to an overall pleasant experience in Madrid for us.
And as for Mar herself -- what a great host! Full of good vibes, always smiling, willing to talk and always ready to share some cool Madrid facts. We'd definitely go back to Mar's when visiting Madrid again!
